A gloomy day…
While doing the Kriya this morning, I am positive I fell asleep because I had this vision of Nafis(my former project manager) asking me if I’d like to have fish!
Another one of my arcane dreams… But the point is, I fell asleep. Defeats the purpose, I think, of the Sudarshan Kriya. Jeez!
I wonder if I’ll ever like my own cooking. Pinch came close to raving at the black chana I cooked for lunch but I wasn’t remotely impressed. Nothing like what Mummy would have cooked… Not that I am always comparing but THAT was good cooking, oops, IS good cooking. Spiced upto JUST the right amount and purrrfect.
3 months down… there is scope for improvement.
Think I’ll start the second one of Durell’s.
I am sucker for romantic films! Gimme any crappy film and tell me that it’s a romance and I’ll watch all of it, come what may! I insisted on watching ‘The Wedding Planner’ even though Pinch and Sandeep raved and ranted all the while.. At the end of it, I did change the channel. Didn’t even watch all of it..:-(
Saw a supposedly romantic movie called ‘The Very Thought of You’ starring Joseph Fiennes and some other unknowns.. Compelling factors: Romantic comedy, Joseph Fiennes and location London. Barely okay… Just about okay.

Lol 🙂 !!
Incurable romantic, eh? Tell me about it.
Perhaps your mother wasn’t quite the culinary genius you grew up with when she was just starting? Or are you already quite experienced?

3 months, and hubby already raving?
Either you’ve got a very loving hubby, or you really are a promising cook, just waiting to get better with experience. Hopefully both.

Hey I saw that The Very Thought of You movie as well….Joseph Fiennes isn’t the only known face in it…Monica Potter has starred in many a chick flick….try Head Over Heels someday….pretty decent romantic comedy….which reminds me that I didn’t understand the The Very Thought of You movie at all….oh well shouldn’t have watched it while doing homework!!!!
As for The Wedding Planner, it is a watchable movie….even for guys….so don’t know what Pinchoo and co were complaining about….I really liked that movie as well….
Say Lux while you are in this rom com mood, watch Kate and Leopald, not the best movie ever but pretty decent…Notting Hill also if you’ve not seen it….
Ok I should go study now 😛

I started watching ‘The Wedding…’ and realised that Matthew M(can’t spell or pronounce his last name!) is not such a happening actor as he looks!
I love ‘Notting Hill’, one of my fav films. Yasho, watch ‘Sliding Doors’… Amazing film, I plain love the concept! Plus Gwyneth is an absolute sweetie in it!
Have been meaning to watch ‘Kate and L…’ since a long time.
Also ‘Love Actually’..
What didn’t you get abt ‘The Very…’ It was somewhat confusing but… okay, I think!(Now I am doubtful!)
