http://mumbaihelp.blogspot.com/ – Makes my eyes teary to see how courageous and generous people can be in times that test your limits to such unimaginable extents.
You can post comments on the Mumbai Help journal in case you need to get in touch with anyone or need any information. There are Mumbaikars logged in who’ll help in whatever way they can.

I’ve been thinking about Minnie all day! I know Mumbai is a big city, but I’m still wondering if she’s OK.
Have you been able to find out if your friends/family are OK? *hugs*

My family/friends are okay. It took multiple tries before I got through to my parents since the phone lines were intermittently down. They are fine and so are most of my friends. I think Minnie should be okay too. Did you try to call her? Maybe Alex would know.

I emailed Alex. She is fine, but was actually right near one of the bombing sites. I’m relieved she’s OK!
I’m also glad to hear your family and friends are safe.

IT is unfair and it is cowardly. And I can’t imagine whey they are still following the same tactics after nearly 30 years. It is not as if they gained anything other than destruction.

It’s time for War.
Well, the Mumbai police found one bomb (eigth bomb) that didn’t go offa and defused it. I hope it gives some clues as to the origins (i.e. where the explosives materials came from)

Do you know, trains have resumed and people are going to work! Truly, it amazes me as to how this city does not waste even a single moment in moping/mourning. It is like, Jo hua so hua, now let’s get to work and do what it takes… Truly amazing!
