No, I don’t. I mean to say that eating ALL that chocolate made me feel sick. In fact, I consider myself one of the fortunate majority in the world who knows how much chocolate feels great for me and how much is nauseating…:-)

As for meditation, you must try it. It is stupid to explain what it does or means, is best experienced.
