Then there are some wonderful mornings when I sit to meditate and the breath flows so smooth and easy. I am so full of the breath that I hardly need to breathe. Maybe a little sip every now and then. The body is completely relaxed without a single ounce of tension. The spine is totally relaxed and yet it feels so alive, so alert. The mind is tranquil, clear and a blank canvas. Feels like I can sit for hours in that blissful state.
