Amores Perros rocks. Gael Garcia Bernal is adorable. Spanish is very charming… I discovered this random CD at home that mentions something about learning Spanish. Should put that to good use. I may be the last one to watch this film but my review counts, n’est pas? Very raw, gritty and unapologetic, this film is set in Mexico City. Three protagonists, each one with a history… The focal point of the film is the dog. Each guy has a dog/dogs in his life and that makes and mars his existence, his happiness, his very idea of living.
The music is very good too. Racy, apt and appears in the right places. Man, Gael Garcia Bernal is so dishy.
