Mumbai is a place where I’ve always wanted to go, but never got the chance to. The Mumbai I know is the mumbai of the movies – when the country bumpkin gets off the train onto the crowded platform and then out of VT, the Mumbai of pigeons in front of the Gateway of India, the Mumbai of Munnabhai (and the typical Mumbai language).
