Well, the original intention was to use paneer, baby corn, carrots, cabbages etc. Finally what Pinch did was… shredded carrots, cabbage, ginger, garlic, paneer, pumpkin(I dunno WHY!) in a food processor… then sauted it lightly in oil and cumin. Then stuffed into capsicum and baked for about 10-15 mins till the skin turned soft. That’s all…
