Recommendation#2
Jhoom Baraabar Jhoom – The film was somewhat a dud but everyone did a great job, I thought. The music is peppy, hip and really well-written. Yet another winner for Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy plus Gulzar – love the lyrics!
O yeh ishq puraana paapi, har baar khata karata hai rabba,
har baar bachaata hoon main, har baar yeh ja marta hain rabba rabba….
Or this couplet…
Jhooti mooti baatein sunake, gungunaati aankhein sunake,
jalaave bujhaave bujhaave jalaave oy mombattiyaan…
This one is funny – Maki ki roti gudh rakh ke, misri se mithe lab chakh ke, tandoor jalaake jhoom jhoom….
There are three versions of the title song – Jhoom Baraabar Jhoom. Each one is a different composition with a separate set of lyrics. Loved all of them unreservedly!

The only thing I liked about the movie was the title song; I found the movie awful(almost beyond belief at how bad it was)!

C’mon, it wasn’t that bad… 🙂
AB is cute, always!!! But AB Sr. was a bit irritating, especially the way he seemed to be all over the movie.

The title track is good, but the movie amazingly pointless 🙂

Yeah, I thought the storyline was good but they botched it up with all those fake stories Preity and AB made up.
