Then what does this mean? Its plain English meaning I could make out is — You are amused/surprised to see such a news item in MSN…. If you don’t think that there is anything wrong in publishing such news, then I don’t see why you would have made such a comment.
>>Amused/surprised… Does that equate to thinking there’s anything wrong?
Do people get surprised/amused at normal things? ‘Normal’ people don’t.
But the very fact that you are amused/surprised at this item and still claim that you thought it as normal implies that there is no use talking to you.
>>>>>Didn’t know that they also put up stuff like this!
But I still can’t understand what that expression meant if you thought that there’s nothing out of normal in publishing that article
May be that I don’t understand simple English. Sorry for the trouble.
Ya that’s true but it’s amusing to note how people pay for thanksgiving masses etc and to think that if they’ve made a petition for this mass in the US, it’s actually being undertaken in India…strange na?

Neither offended nor amused… In any case, I am more likely to be amused than offended…

It’s not such a big deal, Dee… Do you think so? I mean, it’s just a response to rising costs and lack of resources, in all senses.

Faith, I guess. That no one will mess about or draw any undue benefits in the name of religion.
