How would you like to be the European Cultural Correspondent of the New York Times? Or the official food critic of the Bombay Times? Maybe the South American correspondent for National Geographic would be worth it. Dream jobs…:-)
How many more before I am paid to do what I love the most? Take pictures, sample local delicacies, dip into the life and times of a typical person living in the neighbourhood, drink endless cups of tea, sniff through huge blocks of smelly cheese, nibble on bits of local chocolate, blog about my trips and travels – and get paid! I don’t even ask for an international posting, I’d be willing to do this in India too… if only someone would read this, pay my monthly home mortgage and grant me this job! Ok, to Pinch as well.

Scandalize the rest of the world, maybe they will start paying you for every little word that comes out your mouth. Better still, they could start paying someone else, large sums of money to make it seem like the words were coming out your mouth… as happens with celebrities.
I don’t even ask for an international posting, I’d be willing to do this in India too…
If you don’t mind me asking, why does the “willing to do this in India too…” sound like a compromise?

No, not at all. But if any prospective *employer* thinks it’s a compromise, I am willing to play along…:-)

my dream job would be centered around photography and travel too….and it really doesn’t help when the woman encourages me to become a full time photographer so she can travel with me and work on her sketches…of late..i have been encouraged to attend this….http://www.llacademy.com/
ever thought…what if you were paid to just travel to all the UNESCO world heritage sites and catalog your trip….sheer bliss I say…:)
