I feel this urge to keep writing and methinks that carpe diem is the mood. For all I know, I may be complaining next week that I am all out of words. In fact, I wondered briefly if I should start blogging elsewhere. I mean, if I swamp LJ with multiple blogs, I might lose the readership of my pals. In any case, it’s too much of a hassle to maintain another blog. So I’ll continue writing right here…
The weekend was supposed to be a rainy one and contrary to the weather report, it was brilliant. Fluffy clouds in a blue sky and a light breeze that hung around all day long. The skies darkened on Saturday night but not a drop rained down. Atleast not until I was safely ensconced at home! The weather is lovely today too. All the leaves outside my bedroom window have turned yellow and it’ll be a matter of days before they trail downward, leaving the trees bare and naked. In Atlanta, there’re very few trees which do the entire green-red-yellow-brown Fall trend. The leaves go from green to yellow to brown and that’s about it. Today is such a gorgeous day. A day when the spirit seems to soar for no apparent reason… Hope it stays so. On a more serious note, hope it’s a productive day. I like the tag-line that Kaiser Permanente uses in its ads…‘May you live long and thrive…’.
