Cappuccino souffle at Indigo.
You should get that here. What is special about a souffle in India?
“Thali pith” multigrain pancake with chickpea curry at Swati Snacks.
Ugh. That will just kill the taste of thali pith. It should be eaten hot off the tava with a big ball of homemade butter or a big spoonful of ghee. yyuuuummmm!
Unfortunately, I have used up all the thali pith mix that my mother sent. Can’t eat it now. Should ask her to send more.
Whole fish steamed with coriander and mint at Jimmy Boy.
That sounds good. I can smell the aroma from memory.
