Seriously though, I’m wondering about how much stress is caused by the various ways of commuting, and how that also depends on where you’re staying (e.g using the local transport in Mumbai is way more stressful than in a typical German city, mostly because of the crowd) …..

I think I’ll go one step further and say our moods,reactions to situations are all a function of breath. I’ve noticed that those with good mind control and composure learn to control their breath, even observe when breathing gets irregular(during times of stress or panic) and bring the breathing down to normal.
