Imagine the exquisite pain of not one, but two ulcers nestling in your mouth. One is strategically poised on the delicate muscle connecting your lower jaw to the lower lip and the other is snuggling up right next to the first b*****. These guys are so darned persistent – looks like they have no intention to leave. I am a veteran of mouth ulcers having had my fair share of them while growing up. I know that you NEVER pass your tongue over a mouth ulcer – never mind that the pain that comes up is so blinding that even the choicest of cuss words don’t do it justice – sometimes I wonder ‘Omigod, did that just happen???!!!!’ – never mind that after the pain passes, whatever feeling remains is so comforting – well, there IS no feeling, it is just the absence of pain…
I seem to have avoided the flu, stomach infection, cough-cold-allergy attacks, etc. that seem to have gotten friends, colleagues and their kids down this couple of weeks. But am I being compensated by these two absolutely annoying-dastardly-crazily painful pair of ulcers or what… 🙁
Why did I write all that down? Just seemed that the pain seemed to want to express itself in some choice sarcasm…

Oh yeah, I’ve had that happen before too. Augh, their painfulness is so underestimated! The only thing that seems to help is the numbing stuff and hydrogen peroxide.

*Hugs* Oh dear! Take care. Probably you are getting de-hydrated. Hydrate yourself with plenty of water and salts. That might help.
